De Algemene Aankoopvoorwaarden (AAV) van TotalEnergies voor leveranciers bepalen het standaard contractuele kader dat van toepassing is op de aankoop van goederen en diensten. Zij leggen met name eisen op inzake kwaliteit, conformiteit, HSE (Gezondheid, Veiligheid en Milieu), ethiek en compliance, en regelen tevens de verantwoordelijkheden, garanties, leveringsvoorwaarden en contractuele bepalingen die van toepassing zijn op leveranciers.

TotalEnergies' General Terms and Conditions of Purchase (GTCP) for suppliers define the standard contractual framework applicable to the procurement of goods and services. They notably set requirements regarding quality, compliance, HSE (Health, Safety and Environment), ethics and compliance, while also governing suppliers' responsibilities, warranties, delivery terms, and the contractual conditions applicable to suppliers.
